Am I the only 1 that thinks its wrong to take a photo of a homeless man & spread it over fb saying this scum beat his dog to death give him whats coming to him, with ZERO proof of this act only hearsay, the person that took photo lives near him she says its true but when questioned did SHE witness it she says no her cuz did & came to her door to tell her. To me this is malicious rumours that may not be true & this poor mans safety is at risk. Notice she claims hes her neighbour when hes homeless.
I also gave this man food, he was on his own the two that have a staffie dog were not with him nor seemed to be like him, he made no eye contact or engaged with public, they were stoned out there faces and got right in my way begging for money, I shouted get the **** away from me. I think there's no truth to it, but if there is any truth its not up to this person to post judgement on Facebook so he gets what he deserves its up to a judge and jury to say hes guilty beyond reasonable doubt.

I think you may be getting a little too involved with this. I agree it is wrong to spread this about on FB, and perhaps you could alert them of the need to remove it.
Perhaps you could warn the police that this man is vulnerable, but I would not take it any further.
I would press the report button if I were you and let FB deal with it. I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck and please take care of yourself my friend.
Without proof then obviously such accusations shouldn't be made. If there was proof, however, then I have to say that I would be very happy to spread it across FB myself in the hope that someone would do to him what he did to the dog. The laws and the courts in this country are absolutely pathetic in dealing with animal abuse.
Unfortunately, there are a lot of nasty people who enjoy stirring up trouble for the homeless. I think its appalling myself. nobody asks to be homeless.
