Thank you To all my new fibro friends that helped me to get over my low period last night. I feel so much better today. Still in pain but coping. You are all so amazing. Big squishy hugs xxx

So glad you're feeling a bit better today, it always seems worse at night doesn't it?

I keep thinking of a saying that goes' ghoulies and ghostys and long legged beasties, and things that go bump in the night' dunno where it comes from, but it sticks in my head when I feel low in the middle of the night!

(Told you we were all bonkers!)

Xxxx

Hi cupcakes, it is an obscure Scottish prayer, asking God to save them from 'ghoulies and ghosties'
