muscle inflammation?

At last after 6 months I got round to seeing my GP about my left leg which is painful from top to bottom (too many other things going on so ended up last on my very long list!!!!) My osteopath thought initially that it was due to sciatica, but it doesn't quite fit the symptoms. So another blood test (!) to check my inflammatory markers to see if my muscles are inflamed. Anyone else had this??? Made the mistake of asking Dr Google and wish I hadn't !!!!!!

I never had a test done but, I felt I had inflammation in my muscles. I started taking Apple Cider Vinegar 15ml every morning with half a lemon, 15ml of raw honey&about 8 Oz of water. I have been doing it for several months (honestly unsure, would have to look it up). I have felt GREAT improvement. Can't fully explain my improvements. If you look up the benefits of ACV there are a lot so it probably helps more than I know. I love how much this simple thing has improved my body.

Juicing vegetables also helps with inflammation, energy levels, etc.

Anyways good luck ××××

Hi panda60 I'm sorry you are having all these issues with your muscles, it's good you have finally managed to get to GP & will finally get to the bottom of it.

My muscles are very inflamed, my biceps, forearms, & my legs but I also suffer with Polymyagia Rheumatica as well as Fibro & a lot of nerve damage.

Do let us know how it all goes my friend.

Luv Jan xx
