Groin Pain and Burning Feet
I would massage the inner thigh to loosen that muscle as it is usually the one pulling the groin.
And burning foot? There are different muscles pulling different directions.
There are muscles running down both side of the calf going around ankles into feet, they give my feet the most trouble. Rubbing around ankles and down into feet help with those.
I guess follow the painwith your hands and find the right muscle giving you issue.
I have muscle issues, have to stretch and foam roll everyday, multiple times a day usually.
I Always have to stretch after any amount of exercise, really in morning and night, prepare for day and recover from day and prepare for bed.
Not sure if my problems and solutions are the same as yours, so good luck.
Magnesium chloride oil diluted with distilled water helps loosen muscles enough to take the edge off.

Hi Blamire I'm sorry you are suffering with groin pain & your feet burning. I must admit I get a tremendous amount of pain in both, my groin pain comes 2nd worse symptom after my back. Sometimes the pain is so bad it stops me in my tracks & i can't move. My feet sometimes feels like I'm walking on broken glass or plugs at worse lol & they ache, to hot, to cold, numb toes, cramp in toes & that's before I attempt to walk some days.
I do find gentle massage with cold foot cream, sometimes I have rubbed some movelat gel on toes, sometimes heat helps, I have to do gentle excersizes aswell to keep moving.
If these are new symptoms for you though, it's always best to mention to your gp because it's very easy to put all our symptoms down to Fibro & it's not always the case my friend. I do wish you well & hope you can get some relief very soon.
Luv Jan xx
Hi hun, I too sometimes get this problem under my toes, I have been told by physio it is referred pain because of the way we walk to accommodate fibro and other arthritic conditions. Its hard to adjust but flat shoes, light footwear have helped me ( we girlys do like our high heels and Ugg boots which are not good for our conditions_
A few years ago I bought a custom pair of orthotics.
They are amazing and as long as its a closed shoe they fit and can't tell.
I can't go without them for very long. My feet start cramping horribly.
They are expensive, but I bought mine during a sale and got them half off.
But honestly they are worth full price.
They might help yall.?
