If you find a solution please let m know. I have always had sinus problems with perennial rhinitis by since fibro struck it has got so much worse. I could honestly do with a pair of windscreen wipers attached to my nose. I am sick of having to tell people that I am not infectious. You have my sympathy.x

I am so genuinely sorry to read this my friend, and although many Fibro sufferers do have this issue I would definitely get it checked out just to remove other medical conditions form the equation. It oculd be an allergic reaction to something? I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck and please take care of yourself my friend.

Do you drink milk? It is one of the foods which increases mucus production and could well be the cause of your runny nose. Avoiding all dairy foods for 3 or 4 days would let you know if milk is the culprit or not. Hope you can solve this soon xx

It's probably best to see your doctor about it. It could be something in your diet, something in the house, or any number of things.
