Morning Bally.....You are no longer alone!!! It is a difficult condition to describe to others but we all understand and hopefully help each other through the bad times and have a laugh as well....You may find printing off the relevant details of fibro from our mother site will help them to understand a little more...Hope you have as good a day as possible....xx

Hi I know how you feel sometimes it is to much ,when people ask you if you are ok you just say yes, you don't want people to think you are moaning but since finding this site i have gained so much information and a place where people truly understand day or night
