"worn out"with back pain
Hi Hidden
I notice this is your first post so I wish you a very warm welcome to our friendly fibro site.
Have you seen our Mother Site fmauk.org ?
Here you will find a wealth of information including guides and links.
I am sorry to hear you are suffering this way on top of the fibro. However, you are not alone, many of us have had the drippy nose and wheezy cough this winter. I can suggest you have a well wrapped hot water bottle against your back and if you feel a sneeze coming, sit still and tense your body to try and limit movement.
You could try Olbas oil in hot water to help ease congestion, also Vicks on a small area of your throat. Take paracetamol to help bring your temperature down but be aware not to take them the same time as cold and flu medication.
In the meantime try and put your feet up and rest. A good reason to watch a film and vegetate!
Xx

Hi Hidden
Welcome to the forum and it is wonderful to make your acquaintance. I really am so genuinely sorry to read this, and when you cough so much for so long it can create pain in the muscles unfortunately through straining. I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck my friend, and please take care of yourself.
All my hopes and dreams for you
Ken
