Time to relax

Well have done Christmas for everyone including babysitting for daughter and hubby to go on a spa break for their anniversary, and doing New Year's Eve for sister and her hubby who invited themselves down.

Like most of us smiling through the pain, but have just decided I'm booking myself the next available appointment for a full body massage in the new year which will be a merry Christmas and happy new year to me present ha ha bliss

Hi Trikki, you know what us mums are like don't like showing kids or grandkids that we can't really do things that we used to, I'm paying for it now though with the pain I know the massage will hurt but at least it will be a nice hurt if you know what I mean ha ha

Oh, I hope you enjoy that full body massage!! What a perfect way to reward yourself for all of that babysitting! I go about every 3 weeks to get all of the kinks out.

Hi Sue, yes it's bliss isn't it I feel as if I'm going to just melt after it, my feet are particularly painful at the moment don't know if a reflexologist would be better for those, hubby massaged them last night but was so painful I screamed and the dog came running over to cwtch into me sorry that means cuddle I'm Welsh ha ha

Yes, it's wonderful! A deep tissue neuromuscular massage. I clear my schedule for hours after it and take it easy so I don't undo all the good I just paid for. Enjoy!

Thanks Sue yes I agree about clearing schedule we had to have a take away last time I had one as I was to chilled to cook, that was my excuse anyway 😀
