I was wondering if anyone else suffers from leg pain. I did a little gardening yesterday (kneeling down). Have woken up this morning and I'm walking round like John Wayne!! I didn't even exert myself. Stopped when I needed to, I listened to my body. A FIRST FOR ME!!!!! Finding the whole pacing myself very difficult to cope with.

Hi, little and often... not the easiest of things to do as my head says I can climb mountains but my body won't even allow me get through the door some days. What ever we do on a daily basis we end up paying for it a day later.. The joys of havin fibro.. arrrggg!!!!!! I could scream some days..
I'm certainly frustrated. I now try to do things in the morning, when I'm at my best, and even then it's certainly not as adventurous as what I used to be able to do. I hope this pain does go (still got it) soon. It only hurts standing from a seated position.
Hi Littlestar82 There is always posts on leg pain, a lot of ppl.with Fibro suffer with leg pain and RLS. my legs hurt so much sometimes I could cry.
So deffo not on your own my friend. you should always check out any new symptoms with GP though because it may be something that's nothing to do with Fibro.
Sorry you're in pain. I also struggle with pacing myself, I want to just run not crawl then walk then jog then run. Is there anyways you over stretched some muscles cause some tiny tears or something a long that line?
If something is hurting me I try to rest it from over activity and only stretch it and exercise it, try to strengthen the muscle and massage it. massage is painful but helps so much. Don't I don't just mean paying someone, my husband will massage a sore muscle for me and it will help some, it isn't the same as a session with a massage therapist but it is better than nothing.
I am so genuinely sorry to read that you are suffering and struggling and I sincerely hope that your pain eases soon for you. I want to genuinely wish you all the best of luck, and please take care of yourself.
