Hello Brothers and sisters battling with Fibro. Im so glad to join this forum. No one can undestand the pain of having to deal with this illness except those who are suffering from it. After spending much money on supliments which hepled me to a certain extend, i was blessed with knowledge of very symple but effective therapy that has been very helpful. I am so grateful to God and wish to share this with others too.

For quite a while now i do the WARM WATER THERAPY and take Organic APPLE CEDER VENIGER.

Very early in the morning i drink four big cups of warm water

After one hour i take two spoons of raw apple ceder veniger and then eat only after i have gone to the toilet.

I take three cups of Warm water in the Afternoon after lunch and one spoon apple ceder veniger thirty minutes later

In the evening before i go to bed i drink two cups of warm water and one spoon of apple ceder veniger thirty mins afet.

This has helpes me to sleep better and my pains have almost vanished something that i had not known for quite a while . I eat a lot of vegetables too.

For those who are suffering from LIPOMA apple ceder veniger i is the best. Not only does it makes the pains disappear but it reduces the size of the lipoma considerably and when u avoid eating fat and suger the lipoma completely disappears. Thanks to apple ceder veniger i can now wear covered shoes without any problem though i had Lipoma on my Ankle. God is a Wonderful Father, the food he created is the best Medicine. I pray others can benefit from this too as i did . God bless you all and lets continue to help and encourage each other.

Hi mammy24 welcome to our wonderful forum ☺I'm sure you will come to find the forum invaluable in chatting to others who are going through the same experience as you & talking to others at different stages of their lives with Fibro & learning from their experiences.

It does help with the whole process and I wish I had found the site years ago. I have had Fibro for nearly 30 yrs and I'm still learning about it, like we are.

I totally agree, my nan used to swear my Cider Vinegar and she also used to say a tot of Luverage helped too.

Please do go look at the mother site where you will find all the information you need and lots of useful links on Fibro and I look forward to chatting to you on the forum.

Peace, luv n light

Jan ☺

PS. I advise you to lock your post, simple instructions in PInned Posts in blue on the right of the screen. You will get more replies on a locked post too.

It is an Old English alcoholic cordial, originally distilled in Devon from local herbs and spices. Made to the xxxxxxx of Bristol traditional family recipe, it's traditionally drunk two parts lovage to one part brandy.

Sorry about name but it breaches the forum guidelines for advertising but it can be found on good old goog I don't think she had it with brandy though, these are the 2 things she said helped her Rhuematica, Cider Vinegar & Loverage xx

I have a friend who swears by it but it has to be the one with "mother" in it. Not sure what that is, as I am not a fan of any vinegar, but glad you are getting benefit out of it.

No out the kettle then add honey and wait 20 minutes before drinking it xxx

Yes, I know it sounds odd, but if you Google it you will find it for sale in health food shops and even Amazon.

It is raw unpasteurised and organic. The "Mother" bit is cellulose formed from the fermenting acid, (quite technical, not sure I fully understand) Our friend Google will describe it for you.

I know you have to not believe everything, particularly with Wiki but if several independent sources say the same I do take that as fact.

Google is even better than the biggest encyclopaedia and more interesting!
