Hi there
Are you able to write these details down on a note pad so that you have them in front of you when the DWP call?
Do you have a photocopy of the form that you sent in? If so, you could read your answers from there.
Just one important thing. Make sure that you do not mention if your symptoms have got worse.
If you say that they have, the DWP will send you a new form to complete!
I am pretty sure that you could just be honest and say that you are not well enough to take the call.
Unfortunately this will only delay things. Have they said exactly why they keep calling you?
Lu xx
No only ask security questions like post code date Birth don't mention anything else have photo copies of all but don't ask anything medical when ask tell me am in awaiting list and don't no when be sorted is causing a lot of worry
Hi
I guess they are trying to keep you informed that you are still on their waiting list in case you thought they had already sorted it out.
It is good in a way as you know you have not been forgotten, but can make you a bit nervous and leave you wondering what it is all about.
Try not to worry, if your mind goes blank, say so and ask them to put any information in writing as ringing you raises your anxiety levels and you are finding it difficult to remember what has been said.

Hi Vw1965
I am so genuinely sorry to read this and I can imagine that it is causing you a great deal of stress. Please try not to worry about it but make sure it is the DWP who you are giving the information too? I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck with your Mandatory Review and please take care of yourself.
All my hopes and dreams for you
Ken

Hiya sorry your having to go to appeal. You can contact Janet who is a benefits adviser for this site. Admin can give you the numbers. Also join ESA/DLA/PIP BENEFIT HELP AND SUPPORT. It gives you a step by step advise plus they will guide you through and answer all your questions.... I'm worrying incase my Esa doesn't go through and I'l be doing the same...good luck xx
I really am so genuinely sorry to read this my friend, and I want to sincerely wish you all the bets of luck with the tribunal. It may help to get in touch with somebody like the CAB or contact the FMA UK benefit adviser Janet. I have pasted a link to her contact page below: She has a freephone number:

I am sure either of them will be able to give you some good advice and possibly point you in the right direction for a disability advocate. Good luck my friend.
All my hopes and dreams for you
