Help!! What would you do…
I have had my assessment date through for PIP Monday 22nd January but I have a pain clinic appointment also on the same date??
PIP @ 9am & Pain Clinic @ 10am both via video chat!! Which should I cancel as I clearly can’t do both 🤨
I received the pain clinic appointment before the PIP one!

Health first so would cancel the assessment. But clearly mention that your cancelling for that reason as you need to prioritise your health.
I would rearrange the PIP and explain that you have an appointment with the Pain Clinic.
If you explain the situation they will probably offer another date. When I applied for PIP some years th3y changed th3 date for me. Good luck.x

Hello you are allowed to change pip appointment one time they may offer another time as pain clinic important but both phone appointments so change the pip also I would advise to have it recorded for your information as I found a record makes it hard for the assessment to miss any information or not record right info given goodluck in both
I have decided to get my PIP appointment changed, I really need to attend the pain clinic one because how long would I have to wait for another appointment! Thank you you lovely bunch for your replies much appreciated 😘
I have an assessment booked also and think it will be over in an hour, I would keep both apps and tell pip that you need to be done by 10 for a pain clinic appointment, that should be okay and also help your assessment, good luck with both.
Don't cancel, They are both very important for you,
If you cancel either one, chances are you'll have a long wait for another appointment,
When the P.I.P call just say you've got pain clinic at (fib) 9.45 and you've been waiting for ages, You might feel awful if you push too hard,But then you can get on with the rest of the day,
Don't forget, If you cancel PIP they put you down on their poxy list as not thinking it's important enough,
If you really think you cant do both then you and you alone can chose which one to set back

Morning, just a quick update to my appointment dilemma!
Phoned PIP to change the appointment date, the lady asked why so I told her about my pain clinic appointment and she said not a problem and offered me another date there and then 👍🏻 Thursday 25th January only 3 days after my original date 😊 definitely made the right choice in the end.
Glad you've made the right decision for your needs and they have given an appointment not too much longer to wait, Gives you time to prepare yourself
