Itchy skin.

I recently ran across a few websites (am constantly searching, being my own Dr. kind of) looking for reasons for itchy skin. Take a look at the bottom of this website by this Dr. Sircus I think his name is. You can pick and choose which symptoms you have due to low magnesium, which my current Dr says I'm low in. Evidently, very low because she wants me to take 1000 mg per day. I didn't know this mineral was so important to the body. Read up you guys. 😱

I have read a great deal recently about the need to keep our magnesium levels up to the required level. It appears that we are not obtaining enough in our daily diets to do this, just like Vitamin D in many cases.
