Had fibro for well over two years now but these are all new, no medication changes or injuries or stress, just seem to have started this past month and no pain relief seems to take it away is this something my rheumatoid doc should be made ...

Normal symptoms of fibro? Crawling skin, itchy head, palpitations and constantly shivering?
Hi Rhiann, i;m mark, i would go rheumatologist, and GP, may be further underlying cause
Hi Rhiann230
I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you possibly can be today? I am so sorry to read that you are having these issues, as I can imagine that they are exceedingly unpleasant.
I would personally discuss the issue with my GP since they are new to you?
I was also wondering if you were suffering from anxiety for any reason? As these symptoms would be listed in any anxiety text book. I know you said that do not have any stress but I thought I would ask you?
I genuinely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to your problems.
All my hopes and dreams for you

Hi Rhiann, sorry i couldnt see all of your post, but from the first bit, I also get many of these symptoms, but as they are new to you, recommend you see you GP to get them checked out. Hope you're feeling better soon. Xxx
Hi Rhiann230,
I have fibro and RHA and I experience this as well. I had not changed any medication nor had I any anxiety either. I have put this as part of the fibro. I did also ask the rheumatoid nurse but got no answers uest it could be related to the fibro so I guess I would have to live with it. I don't think I would like more medication either as I am on enough as it is.
I hope you go to get check out though and speak with the rheumalology department to see if yours is related to something else. I wish you good luck with this and hope you get this sorted soon. All my good wishes and a big gentle hug

It just feels like I'm on a wheel with pain and severe flu ken mentioned saying something to my rheumatoid doc when I see him so will mention it, even if it means I can just stop worrying and put it in the fibro category, although I hate adding more symptoms I think I'd rather that than worry more that it's something hiding somewhere thanks for replying, I will post once I've been in June to see Dr hope today is better than yesterday and hope tomorrow is always better than today xx
So sorry you feel so bad. The only way I could get how I felt to anyone including family was saying it felt like I had flu or had done a long marathon run for many many miles,or been to the gym and had a horrendous work out! I ached every where and had no energy. The smallest of things was a mamouth task and I felt I could not cope with it as I had no energy left in me. Rheumatoid and Fibro together is not a nice mix! I tried to stay positive and still went in to work - nicely dressed and make-up on (although it took me forever in the morning to get ready) To the outside no body would guess how I felt. When I got home it was pyjamas on quick tidy up and then my well needed rest! Weerkend were looked forward to - to recharge me. I think you need an earlier appointment with rheumatology if you can get one - tell then how you feel and get seen to sooner. Maybe a steroid injection will help and give you some relief. You could always ask.
I hope you get help soon and start to feel a bit like yourself again. (even for a small while) Sending you positive thoughts - you are not alone - we are all the same here and understand how you feel. Take care xx
I've been on here for less than 24hours and the support and replies have been amazing knowing it's not all in my head is quite comforting yes I've tried to explain so many ways but some just can't grasp my good days, when I can hobble around the house without my stick bit a few days ago I couldn't lift my cup of tea :(only met a few intolerant people but it seems all the genuinely amazing people on here make up for that... Hope you have some good days soon, my nan has rheumatoid arthritis and she can be in the worst pain, she's very strong and it seems you're very much like her... Thanks for the advice, I'll be in touch after I've seen the GP... Made an appointment earlier today :Dxx
Hi rhiann as regards the crawling skin and itchy scalp i was given meds from the doc which sorted it out. I also shiver when in a lot of pain, not sure palpitations, but definately mention it all to doc, as dometimes its not always fibro.
Thanks very much for replying, I'm going later this week because I always ignore new symptoms and just put it down to fibro but a few people now have advised me to visit the doc so I'm going in the week, I have a patch of psoriasis on my knee and he wants to link that to arthritis somewhere so the skin crawling should be sorted when he gives me steroid cream for that, thanks so much for the reply, I never thought the shaking was due to pain but it adds up now the ks again :Dxx
