Pain in my legs
Hi maco100
I am so gneuinely sorry to read this and it could be caused by quite a few different things. I would personally get a second opinion and talk to a different doctor about this my friend?
It could be instigated by Sciatica, whereby the nerve is being compressed. It could be related to a different condition called ''Coccydynia,'' again pressure related? You could have a ''fissure?'' Or it could be simply muscle strains? As I say, it could be caused by so many different conditions that it needs to be checked out thoroughly by a good doctor?
I want to sincerely wish you all the best of luck, and please take care of yourself.
All my hopes and dreams for you
Ken
i think your right with sciatica ken once before when i strained i could not move for days if i did i was in agony i had to take anti inflammatories for a couple of weeks. they have a locom every tuesday at my doctors i will try and get an appointment with her. thanks for the reply ken
Good luck my friend.
Hi, hope you're ok.... my doctor (s) were the same, and after 4 years of being made tobfeel like an idiot, I left and changed doctors... I'm going for an MRI scan today on my spine.. this was granted within 4 weeks! Don't put up with your doctors if you are suffering - change them. They are there to help, and clearly in our case, they're not doing their job... go and find your answers. Xx
thanks for the reply lucy i will try the locom doctor and see if i have any joy with her. thanks maco100
Yes i do.its awful.but i have a lot of nerve damage through 3 major ops!! Keep well hydrated.i had a colonoscopy & straining had caused piles.
I'm really interested to read this because no one seems to think anything about what happens to me.
I think it's Tramadol and poss paracetamol that cause me to become so constipated - even though I've cut back Tramadol.
About every six weeks or maybe less I become constipated. Out of nowhere I get a pain in my lower back which is crippling - literally. It goes on for 2-3 days, I can't take senna as it caused me a serious bleed. I cannot walk, cannot sit in any position to relieve it, not even laying down. After I move bowels it takes around a day and half to ease my back.
I've also had the pains going down the tops of my legs each time.
Bananas and coffee usually do the trick.
Hi I think its the tramadol what does it to me but I'm on other meds to. I have also cut down on the tramadol and take a max of 4 a day they don't do me any good I just take them because I'm addicted to them. But as ken said it could be sciatica probably pushing on a trapped nerve. Just waiting for doctors appointment now. Take care. Maco100
Hi maco100, while you wait to find the actual problem and hopefully a solution, you might consider trying acupuncture. It can give a great relief from pain and other issues, like the sadness you feel over this pain and a better balance to your entire body.
