FM survey

Hi not sure if anyone has carried out a survey on FM before but I have devised a short one on survey monkey. I want to get a picture of how FM affects people as everyone seems to be so different. I wondered if I could share it via this web site? Wanted to see if there would be any interest and if this would be OK with admin??

Yes it will be. I've got to get it approved by the parent charity first though.
