I am now taking a Magnesium supplement and can honestly say that most of my symptoms have eased if not totally gone.
I'm suffering a lot with head aches but that might be due to my cutting down on my meds, from taking two Zydol + two Paracetamols 4 times a day to just one + paracetamol twice a day!
My daughter who has symptoms similar to FM is also feeling a lot better now and she is eating baby spinach leaves as a snack throughout the day - this is loaded with Magnesium and other beneficial minerals etc.
Please do some on-line research about the benefits of Magnesium in relation to FM - I can't believe that I feel so much better in myself and would love to know if anyone else who tries it has the same benefits.
