Is anybody having problems getting through to the enquiry line for PIP? This is the third time I have tried to get through. All I get is the music playing and an announcement that all our operators are busy and my call will be answered shortly. I have now been on the phone for over 40 mins and nobody is answering. The other day after 35 mins somebody answered and then promptly cut me off, so then tried to ring back was on the phone for a further 45 mins then the call was terminated at their end. I am despairing at the appalling service !!!!!!!

  • Yes theyre awful, i had to write a letter to them in the end! Just coukdnt get through.

  • I tried a few times a day for 3 days in the end I just left my phone ringing on speaker, luckily they answered after 30mins. I had to use my mobile as can't afford to use landline. Unfortunately I start again tomorrow because I have failed the mandotary reconsideration, so I need the appeal forms now. Wish me luck.

  • I believe it cost 45p a minute! much cheaper to write and send Special Delivery!

  • It's a good 40 minutes wait I have rang them twice for my pip award report they say they have forgotten to post it out now 10 days since called them no post will past being able to get mandatory reconsideration if I was to request one and the calls are 45p a minute to listen to the music but I once got straight through!
