Hi

go to appeal but get support with it

If you think they are wrong don't leave it.

Please bare in mind although you are in pain that's not what they are looking at ,although if a activity repeated does result in pain its taken into consideration.

Focus on the things you need help with even if at present you don't receive help and the things you are unable to do or find hard to do ..

I know it sounds silly but they don't even consider having problems walking up or down stairs .But walking up and down a few steps or a curb and needing help form someone scores points .

Try contacting Janet click on link at side of page FMAUKS OWN BENEFITS ASVISOR

Hi reikigirl

I am so genuinely sorry to read this my friend and I sincerely hope that you succeed at your appeal. I have pasted you two links below from the CAB - Citizens Advice Bureau cache on preparing for a mandatory reconsideration & preparing for an appeals hearing. There is some wonderful advice on this and it tells you what to do, what to say, what you need etc.

.

Preparing for a mandatory reconsideration:

.

Preparing for an appeals hearing:

.

It may also prove beneficial to seek some professional help by talking to the CAB or the FMA UK benefit adviser, Janet? I have pasted her contact details below:

.

I want to genuinely wish you all the best of luck, and please take care of yourself.

All my hopes and dreams for you
