I'm sorry. I too am having a tough day of pain. It helps me to move around and stretch a little. Walking in nature helps me physically and mentally.

I'm in pain today, too. Went to town for my usual weekend shop, had a fall, and am feeling less than chuffed. Not injured, just my pride, but feeling a tad wobbly.
