Where are you - I am melting too - it is definitely the weather here in Surrey - I don't take temperature change too well so this weather is definitely not good for me :-(

Hi azzzze

I am so genuinely sorry to read that you are suffering with this issue, and there is a condition that many Fibro sufferers endure called ''Hyperhidrosis.'' It may be worth discussing this with your GP or Medical Specialist just to have it ruled out of the equation?

I have pasted you an excerpt and a link below to the *NHS Choices cache on this issue:

*Introduction

Hyperhidrosis is a common condition in which a person sweats excessively.

The sweating may affect the whole of your body, or it may only affect certain areas. Commonly affected areas include the:

armpits

palms of your hands

soles of your feet

face and chest

groin

Both sides of the body are usually affected equally – for example, both feet or both hands.

The sweating doesn't usually pose a serious threat to your health, but it can be embarrassing and distressing. It can also have a negative impact on your quality of life and may lead to feelings of depression and anxiety.

I want to genuinely wish you all the best of luck, and please take care of yourself.

All my hopes and dreams for you

Fibro affects the mechanism that controls our temperature, so we cannot regulate it, hot becomes extremely hot, cold becomes freezing, hence the dreadful sweating. Hopefully will be cooler soon,

Like Woopcushen I've had severe hyperhidrosis since I was 13, decades before I was diagnosed with fibro.
