Reading through my esa form they have wirtting from the health professionals is a joke they lied so much saying that I can walk 200 meters when I get tired easily because of my health I socred 0 point in everything.

Hi there,

I am so sorry for you and fully understand your frustrations... I had a DLA Dr round at mine once to do an assesment and I pre watched him I was taping his interview and he said he was fine with that.

I have a complex medical history and explained in depth to him and he had said that he had also heard of the situation I was in and what was a contributing factor to the onset of my ME & Fibro.

He asked if he could examine me and for that I had to move to the sofa which I kid you not was arm to arm with my armchair so I had to take literally one step to then be able to sit on the sofa

But when a copy of his report was sent to me with my DLA refused he stated a whole pack of lies for every question and he also stated that I Got up and walked over to the sofa on the other side of the room! Well as you can imagine I was flabbergasted!! 

Thankfully I had a very good welfare benefits officer take my case and took it to appeal, he saw exactly how my frontroom was set out, there was only one wall the sofa could go and I played him the recording and it all thankfully went against the Dr who came round!

I was awarded full Carers and Motability so please, fight this as far as you possibly can! Don't let them grind you down hunny!

Omg that's so bad and thankyou so much and I will when I get my appeal hearing I was disappointed in what they put and all the lies they have put on mines I could do thing just fine by picking up thing with my hands when my left hand is so weak.

I just haven't been able to look at the report but after reading about all the lies, I am going to have to be brave and go for it.

I had PIP for PTSD.  Told them about my fibro and osteoarthritis and they took the lot off me, so how does that work ?????  Going to tribunal but just ridiculous ! How can one person judge you on six stupid questions in 20 mins ?

the exact same thing happened to me.the assessor lied on mine too.i was unable to complete the physical,which wasn't noted.also i put my medication in my bag,there's a lot so it was a big handbag,she noted she observed me carrying 2 large shopping bags pain free.

Lol.what makes me so mad hun is that, how can the assessors even know how supposedly pain free we are.a lot of times we can call out in pain,or wince or we can get pain immediately after the event because sometime adrenaline can take over for short periods of time and that allows something to get done. But pain is horrendous a few minutes after the event.sometimes we just look drip white, and not actually call out in agony.to day we are pain free is so wrong. If we have a large bag of medication,that just proves to others just much that pain or distress we can have.they're trying to catch fraudsters and liars.but who calls them to justice when the assessors lie about how we say we feel. They're the fraudsters and are so blatant 😣.I find that taking my prescription green papers helps blow that perception of carrying heavy bags without pain hun.gentle hugs ❤

it would be great if we could all get together,know one understands how it is to be in constant pain,then you and your doctor are liars .when i asked at dwp re assessment they said that the assessor overrules our doctor.i have a sicknote.since when???instead i have to look for a job which is making me worse cus I'm stressing.

Hi all fibro suffere,s,hope your having the best day that you can,on this nice sunny day.

I was diagnosed with fibro and arthritis just over 2yrs ago,I was already on ESA due to other health problems,was in the support group then all of a sudden got put into the work related and had to go to a centre once a month did it for over 12mth,s.then out of the blue I received a letter to say I was no longer entitled to ESA as I was fit for work?, so over night someone must have had waved a magic wand and all went away,I wish (joke),so had to go on job seekers went twice both times took sick note,s in,then was told I was to ill to claim this and once again was told I had to go on ESA,are they having a laugh,so once again put claim in for ESA,I was rufused it,appealed rufused,ended up in court,yeh got it back but work related so I have got another fight now to try and get back in the support group.

Was also receiving dla,had medical to move over to pip,not entitled to anything,so at the moment that's gone back with an appeal still awaiting a decision on this it was 4mth,s  ago.   

All I can say is never give up try and try again,fight for what,s right for you.
