I too am gong thru a 'flare'....poo...I empathise but know it will ease if I am sensible...actually not possible to do anything, so forced to be sensible!..It is horrid and sometimes I feel a bit sorry for myself, but then I count my blessings...there are always some...and there are always those worse off than us....so , keep on keeping on...it will ease...best to stay optimistic eh?....go well..I send positives and best wishes and hopes our flares pass soon...x
