Pain top right of torso

I have had a really bad pain for the last 10 min's just below my left front shoulder top of ribs. It is really sharp and gets worse when I move. It's just like a knife is being pushed in and out. Does anyone else get this? Xx

Yes unfortunately I have ongoing costo chondritis and I often get this sensation also the same radiating from my spine which the doctor put down to the degeneration with the spine pressing on nerves causing that horrible knifing pain. you are frightened to move in case it makes it worse and I know when it is really bad you feel even taking a deep breath will do the same. Do hope it eases for you. I have one of those warm wraps and it can help ease the muscles and therefore helps the pain a little.x

I am so genuinely sorry to read that you are suffering in this way, and I also have this pain; and just like ''rosewine'' I also have Costochondritis. It may help to discuss your pain with your doctor in ascertain if there is anything that they can give you for it? I want to genuinely wish you all the best of luck.
