Hiya everyone...got my pip..which is massive relief..thanks for all your support and kind words..over the last few weeks..I'm just keeping positive about this gaps diet..which I actually think has cause more pain..but gonna keep trying a bit longer .. X

So pleased for you well done huge hugs ,👍that two of us this week . 😀I am now going to apply for carers allowance for my daughter . If you have someone helping you they can apply or you can for them 😀

As you say it must be such a relief. I've got my assessment coming up in a couple of weeks and am almost sure they will decline me...hey ho !!!

Foggy , you can't do anything , you don't do anything ,worse day my darling when your stuck in bed with you weekly migraines, have you got friend to be with you , they do the hinges you can't do when you can't get out of bed !

Come on foggy you can do this !
