Guy walking along the street next to a tall fence which guards the psychiatric hospital. He can hear people on other side shouting 13..13..13. He try's to climb fence to see what's going on but it's too tall. Then he spots a hole in the fence so crouches down to peep through. Suddenly a stick pokes him in the eye and he hears 14..14..14
