My trap nerve to my spine playing havoc, could hardly walk, I am now on the waiting list for an operation to free the nerve I am a bit worried as there are great risk having such an operation. Any ideas please

Me too it's horrible isn't it I can't sit lie or stand for long . I'm sorry your feeling this way too , hope tomorrow is better for both of us . I'm going to take some extra pain relief in a mins .Feel better soon sweetie .

Well I'm 30 and my legs are in pain all the time! I'm a diabetic and I just found out I have celiac disease! So I changed my diet and still I have pain in my legs 😢 I'm not sure what to do now! I'm scared and in not sure where to go from here! Can someone help me???
