For over a year now I have had tingling, needles/pens, from head to toe. If I am busy do not notice, but when I relax the above sensations come over me and not always in same area. If anyone else is or has experienced this I would like to know how to combat. I have been to Doctor and several specialists with the exception of a nerve specialist. Help please
Question: For over a year now I have... - Fibromyalgia Acti...
Question
Yes I get this as well my left arm tonight is tingling like made and is hurting alot, I always put it down to me over doing it? I have no idea what to suggest tho iv always had this when fibro started and iv had nerve tests which were fine?
All the best Keeley x
I have this especially along my spine but sometimes even on my mouth. If you think about it fibro affects our muscles and they are all connected to parts that have nerve endings and we are particularly sensitive to any kind of nerve stimulation. I know it is a horrible feeling and mine always seems to get worse when I am generally under the weather or have tried to do too much and are overtired,
As you say when you are busy you can sort of push it to one side even though you know it is still there in the background but when you are quiet and relaxing you suddenly notice it more and I know it is a very strange sensation.x
I get this it moves all around my body doc says it's a fibro thing tonight it's actually all over strange feeling hope you get some relief soon xx
Thank you for your kind response
Hi, I can relate to this. Apart from the usual all over pains, when I relax in the evening, put my feet up, that's when all the other aches, pains, throbbing and tingling kicks in... So annoying x
I am so genuinely sorry to read this and I sincerely hope that you can find the answers that you so desperately desire and deserve. I do not have anything of this nature but I want to genuinely wish you all the best of luck.
All my hopes and dreams for you
Ken
I've had tingling and/ or burning sensations including my face and inside my nostrils. It comes and goes - sometimes it gets better. Oddly - if I take a warm bath, it helps for a while
Pins and needles can be a symptom of low B12, so it might be worth getting your levels tested. I also had burning skin, numbness and headaches before mine was picked up on a blood test. Best wishes MariLiz
