hope you are having a good day ...

im a wee bit ticked off today as interlink express have lost my delivery of wheatfree bread and cakes ..

spent 40 minutes in their office last night only to be told the driver has lost the parcel !!

told them it was perishable goods and that if they left it til tuesday it wouldnt be as fresh so they said they would look for it and deliver it today if they found it ...waited for the delivery and when it didnt appear phoned the office only to be told they shut at 10am today ..grrrrrrrrrrr ...

emailed interlink and ermm expressed my anger ...got an email back to say they had the email and would contact me in 24 hours ....

now i got no wheat free bread and i was soooo loking forward to toast today ..

oh well rant over ...

Bummer. Beats my no show walking stick that I have been forced to accept using. Can't go out now as I might fall over. But I won't go hungry. I take it you live in the countryside and are one of the few who don't have a large supermarket at every corner. I feel for you 😕

funny enough its just been delivered ...must have been the email i sent them ....told the driver im still going to complain though as i shouldnt have had to stand there for 40 minutes while they tried to find the parcel ....

no i live round the corner so to speak from a large supermarket which does stock wheatfree stuff ...at a hideous price and not very nice ...

the stuff i get comes from a specialist bakery in scotland and is absolutely gorgeous ..tastes and looks like the real thing ...looks like im going to get my toast today after all

Think I know the place. My niece gets stuff from there. And her fish supper in Polmont. I sent her a text the other day actually telling her that there is now a bread maker specially programmed for making bread with gluten free flour. Can't remember the make but I was on Amazon at the time. Just think, you could have onion bread, or Mediterranean bread etc......

this site i get my stuff from has pitta bread and tomato and chilli flat bread amongst other things ...

and its not chock full of sugar either ....

scotland . west lothian
