Hi, do you know where these feelings have come from, or what's causing them? Sounds rotten. I would like to help if possible.
Tulip xx
I would like to offer you support aswell. You can PM me if you wish x
Take care xx
Hello tulip I think I had a bad reaction to some mentivitamits that I started taking I felt like I was trapped in my head
I will add my name to the list. Feel free to pm if you would like. I live in states so it's still early for me. I will be on and off all night just checking. Sometimes I simply look over site so I will be here! Hugs
I am so genuinely sorry to read that you verbalise feeling the way that you do. Fibro can, and does bring out the dark clouds but I know that you are a unique individual and with the right support I hope you can find the strength to overcome.
Please do not be offended but I have pasted you the telephone number for the Samaritans below. I have done this out of friendship and concern for a fellow sufferer. If you ever need somebody to talk to please do not hesitate to ring them. If you are short of money they will ring you back.ii
The Samaritans: 08457 90 90 90
I want to genuinely and sincerely wish you all the best of luck.
All my hopes and dreams for you
Ken
Hi manu, how is your work situation now? I know you are stressed out but you really should talk to someone. What's your GP like, can you talk to him/her? Or as The Author has suggested, the Samaritans, you can phone or email them. We all need someone to talk to, to listen to our problems, worries and concerns. A problem shared is a problem halved and just getting it off your chest, getting support, knowing that you are not alone can make all the difference. Please take good care of yourself and know that we are here for you- always x
Hello mattoid-mags I think I had a reaction to see mentivitamits that I started taking I felt that I was trapped in my head
Bad place to be sometimes although I have been there a few times. I really had to make peace with what I wanted and what I needed. Who I was and who people thought I should be. It's hard to get there even harder to get out. I truly hope you find "Peace of mind "! All joking aside if you ever just need to talk (not sure I can help but will listen and give my thoughts) just Skype me. Like I said time difference is about 6 hours behind you if you live in UK . Peace my friend
Yes, Manu, that's possible, and sometimes the things we add don't mix well with the meds we have been taking ... so it's good to check with your pharmacist or doc to find out about your new symptoms. Hope you have found some relief already ... and can get into a better place quickly. Thinking of you, and wishing you well, Manu ...
Manu sounds like you're in a bad place at the mo, that yappy 'black dog' (as Winston Churchill called his depression) of depression creeps up just when we least expect it or want it.
Be good to yourself at the mo, as well as getting the personal people support you need -do some nice things just for you, as the saying goes 'take time to smell the roses'.
Whatever brings your smile back no matter how temporary then just do it!!! and do it soon/now don't hesitate, don't think your selfish just find that thing and silence the dog so you may hear your own thoughts.
It may take you a few hours or maybe a few days this is essential body maintance time for Manu-think of it as your human MOT better to get the maintance done than the repairs.
Kind wishes and thoughts being sent to you. Pea x 🌻
PS-btw Ken's suggestion of Samaritans is not as crazy as it first seems. They also have a text number if that is easier for you (I know it works for me) - 07725 909090
Again, I also give you this number from a caring place of friendship and wish you all the best. x
