Bad night

Omg I had another bad night this time my left arm I mean the all arm from my fingers to my neck no medication worked. I wished someone could rip my arm out . Also a rush on my tummy area 😞😔😢

Oh I do feel for you I get that on my arms not much I can do only rest and give it time. It does pass eventually. If you have a bath Epsom salt helps and heat on the back of your neck as I find that is where it comes from and reaches down my arms and fingers. Hopefully you feel better soon 🤗

I have suffered with the same pain the last few weeks brought on by radiotherapy the last time it happened it took over a year to ease. Try taking codeine phosphate tablets 30mg I was taking 2 a night just to get some sleep and was using a heat blanket through the day to ease things it takes it away just enough to get a break from the stomach churning pain . Hope it helps it's the only thing that worked for me

Please do I suffered for 2 nights paceing up and down not being able to get comfortable and my left side was like a block of ice .the tables were for my father's kidney pain but was a relief after no sleep the doc said I could take them every 4 hours but 2 before bed done the job .And be careful with your arm after it eases it doesn't take much to aggravate it that's why I use the heat blanket while sat

I had steroid injections on my both shoulders and 1 on my wrist for carpal tunnel syndrome they were really painful also. But he said that I had to do that every 3 months but I don’t want keep having them cos the side effects you know. So I’m taking gabapentin 100 mg it worked for 3 weeks but now stopped working so I doubled the dose into 200mg 2 times a day without the doctors consent. I’m going to call them tomorrow and explain. It worked tho not completely but 75 % the pain gone .

I was only using 500mg paracetamol and codien but it just didn't touch the pain the 30mg codien phosphate got me through but like you say how long do they last long term. Take care hope you get through it

I suffer with this every day . Bit of relief comes from an electric heat pad hope that helps you too 😊
