Hello Molind,

So sorry you are feeling this way. Do you think it might be worth speaking with your GP about sleep & pain , as s/he may be able to help. Have you had a referral to a pain clinic at all? Have you thought of trying other things too, like Epsom Salt warm bath before bed maybe?

As for leaving the site, I am sorry to hear that. Do you not feel it is supportive or has something happened to make you feel this way? If you need to you can talk to any of the Community Admin about it via private message we would be happy to listen and if we can help we will endeavor to do so.

Hope you get some rest

Best Wishes

Emma :)

Morning Molind ,

Are you in need of someone to chat with? We are here you can PM me if you like.

You say you are thinking of leving the site - sometimes a change is as good as a rest. I do not know why you are thinking of leaving but if I can help in some way just PM me.

Somwetimes when I try to fall to sleep my whole body feels achy and restless. It doesn't seem t matter what I do, unless I take a tramadol or vicodin. For me it works anyway; insomnia is so bad for one's health. So I agree that maybe a pain specialist would be able to help. But talking to your GP might help get to the cause too.

Insomnia can result from so many things, including anxiety and thoughts that go around in circles when all you really need or want is a quiet mind.

I truly hope you find something to help break the vicious cycle.
