Hi all

I was just told that I passed my ESA medical and they owe me over a years worth of payback!!!!!!! I can finally relax. The medical was done by Maximus (or wotever they're called) and he was fantasic with me so don't give up xxxxxxxxxxx

congrats maddonna that's great news. How long did you have to wait for a decision, I had mine last week. did they ring or write? and how far back was it refunded?

I waited over a year for the medical itself and DWP text me about a week or less later saying I didn't need to take anymore sick notes in xx

they refunded back to 14 wks after initial claim was put in so that's 60 weeks altogether xx

God over a year for assessment that's disgraceful! But at least you have a nice payout to look forward to.
