We drove from Luton all the way ti Windsor on the m25 for an independant Dr to assess my condition after a faulty sliding door shattered my spine. Its all on cctv. I was in there for 20 minutes. All that way and he only asked a few questions and said he'd look at all the reports. What a waste of time. What goes against me is that I'm on steroids but I walked perfectly well into rhe pharmacy at Guys and that was the last time I was 5ft 5ins and am now 4ft 11ins. They seem to think that because im on steroids Iits my fault. But one in two women in middle age will suffer a broken bone if they have a fall. Anyway the shops were lovely and we had lunch by the river so we had a lovely day . It was a very busy day and as usual aftet a really mentally and physically busy day I cannot sleep that night. I have been awake ALL NIGHT. I shall now of course be completly useless today. Does anyone else get like this aftet having so much stimulation. Perhaps Its because we usually lead a gentler lifestyle. It is sort of eorth it though because I really, really enjoyed going out with my husban and he really had a lovely day as well. A change for him which he so deserves . Have a locely day everone don't stay in the sun too long mu lovelies. Jan h

I am so genuinely sorry to read that and I sincerely hope that you everything works out really well for you. I am on 10mg of Prednisolone daily and sometimes I can overdo things as a result of the buzz that they give me and then I simply cannot function the next day. To make it worse I have a sleep disorder and hardly ever sleep properly.

I want to genuinely and sincerely wish you all the best of luck

All my hopes and dreams for you
