brodpod (brodtens) bracelet
Hi Dillydally, I have looked at these previously as magnetic therapy can help with pain etc but they are very expensive. If you just wanted to see if a magnetic therapy bracelet helps in any way have a look at Trionz their bracelets are much cheaper. I have been using their products for a couple of years and I certainly noticed an improvement when I first started using them. My son and husband both wear one now as they are recommended for people doing sport as well.
Hope this helps.
Steph
I have not personally but I wanted to genuinely wish you all the best of luck if you decide to give one a try.
All my hopes and dreams for you
Ken
thanks ken, do you use a tens machine? and do you find it helps. hope your day is as pain free as it can be. dilly x
Yes, I have two different types of TENS. One is a basic attach most places machine which I use on my sciatic nerve and back pain, and the other is designed for more pain intense areas like when I have a migraine. I find them very effective and would not be without one.
Take care

thanks ken, I tried one many years ago, physio loaned me one. do you buy them from the chemist. are all makes more or less the same, or are you better paying a bit more for one. thanks again dilly x
I bought one from a chemist and one off the internet. I also get my replacement pads from the the pharmacy. They are all very different due to the sizes of the machine as they have different functions. My small machine is for migraine and headaches specifically and also has a weight burning facility (never tried that bit). The larger machine is for my back, sciatic nerve and arthritic pain.
They can come very cheap these days as online some of the machines are as little as £10.
Take care

Hello Ken
I hope you don't mind me asking about your tens machine for migraines. The pain clinic gave me a regular tens machine for my migraines (3 to 6 a week ) but it had no effect. I would be really interested in trying one specifically made for migraines. Could you tell me more. How effective is it? I also have fibro, do you recommend tens to relieve the muscle aches. Fibro is new to me but the migraines I have had for 16 years. Thanks.
