Hello Pearl and welcome!

So pleased you have joined us but sorry to hear that you have had this condition for so long.

You must have so much experience of living with fibromyalgia, I expect you can probably offer lots of advice to us all!!

Look forward to "hearing" from you in the future, :) xx

Hi pearly_pearl, welcome to the group. Ive not long joined and already feel the benefit from so many warm and helpful people. It's truly a blessing to have this site so that we can talk to people who understand us. So if you have any tips tried and trusted please do share them with us, I'm a fibro novice myself recently diagnosed but also have depression ME since 2010, but actually think I've had it much longer and arthritis.

Gentle Hugs

Jo x

Wishing you a warm welcome 😊

Like you I've had Fibro and CFS for over 30 years.

Everyone here is so friendly and you will find lots of moral support when/if you need it.

It is so draining being in constant pain.

Gentle hugs

Lu xx

Hello Zorago,

I agree with you it is hard to remember before fibro. This site is good. As I said in one of my replies there have been times back in the early days of this condition before I really understood it, before I was diagnosed, when I was in terrible pain I really thought I was dying. But you are right there are really bad days, better days and good days. As the years have gone by I have learnt to try to just get through each day not worrying about tomorrow. Because tomorrow has its own trials. I have tried to find some joy, not allowing the fibro to rob me of living.

Peace and better days ahead for you.
