Atos reply

Well I finally got my letter today saying I got 0 points and am well fit for work.... So I phoned welfare rights and asked for advice. They said to ask for a mandatory reconsideration which I have done . Apparently though it a phone call first then a decision made so low waiting on my phone call . I am so fed up today too and told her I'm in no mood to answer questions today but she said I have too.. So will update soon. But zero points ? And was he in same room as me . Glad I recorded it all ..

i am glad that you had your assessment recorded as that information could help if you decide to go to tribunal. Also ask for a copy of the report as I know that were enough holes to make a fishing net in my husband's, as you say we wondered whether the nurse had mixed up two assessments as my husband went with a mental health problem which was hardly touched upon and she had concentrated on physical problems which he ahd stressed though inconvenient he was coping with quite well.

If you can get any further evidence together to make your case stronger do so quickly. Good luck with it all we will await your updated.x

Well as I originally stated I got asked hardly any questions at the Atos meeting all he done was kept looking at my old case for over 18 months ago .... And asked hardly any questions .. But I did record it and I am doing all I can to sort it big hugs and thanks all xx
