No sleep, to lay here or clean that's the question.

If I get up and clean I will pay for it tomorrow. If I lay here I will be able to be productive and with my family tomorrow...suggestions. Plus the only time I am not hurting is when I am asleep.

I don't see mine often enough so please Erona, make the best of them, do you think they'll notice you haven't cleaned? If they do they can do it themselves :-)

I had the best night in a few weeks, woke up for turning and the loo but went back to sleep, helps the pain :-) Sat in the sun yesterday and although it's beautiful out there we have a cold wind :-P

Be kind to yourself O:)

I keep a colouring book next to my bed and find it relaxes me and takes my mind off not sleeping, often get back to sleep after a colouring session. There are some lovely colouring books for adults at the moment.

Most magazine stands have them now, even the supermarkets, very relaxing you can really get lost in them.

I also have two adult colouring books, find them relaxing, they also pass the long hours on, I never thought I would like to colour, but really enjoy it. x
