Hey all I'm 24 just been told got fibro also have arthritis in my knees I been seeking doctors for 8 years crazy ay been for number of MRI scans u name it ! .. Just struggling a tad as I work got to come out of work I am so tired continuously feel miserable any advice thanks aby

Poor you so young suffering with both, I am still trying to find ways of helping, I have just downloaded a book about fibro, diet and exercise, I am also taking magnesium marine which I think may be helping, I have only been on them for about 3 weeks but trying lots of things, also I have arthritis in my knees and have been told exercise could help and have downloaded some from the internet, everyone is different and has different symptoms, but hope you find some relief soon x
