I am presuming that all these have been prescribed by your doctor who would have advised the pharmacist to put on the label when the drugs should be taken and have checked whether there are any interactions. Usually the pharmacist is excellent at pointing out if the doctor has made any mistakes on this as they are the actual experts on how different drugs react.
If at all unsure I would personally wait until tomorrow to start the new drug and ring your pharmacist in the morning and ask for their advice. Mine is absolutely excellent at this.
Good luck with your new medication and I sincerely hope the new regime works for you.xxx
It is safe to take gabapentin and 30mg co codamol together. The gabapentin is the main pain relief drug and the co codamol are for break through pain. If you are at all unsure check with either your chemist or your GP. Good luck, Linda.
hi linda, only started on 100mg gabapentin last night. know its lowest dose. didn't help me sleep but feel muzzy headed and a bit sickly this am. is this normal. maybe its citalopram 40mg that's enhancing the effect. was told I can only go up to gabapentin 200mg. hope you are keeping as well as you can x
Yes, the fuzzy head and nausea are quite common when first starting gabapentin. It should wear off in a few days but if it is still as bad by the end of the week speak to your GP about it, there may be something else that you could try. If you have been told that you can't take more than 200mg of gabapentin it may be that it might clash with something else that you are on. Take care, Linda x
I have pasted you a couple of links below to the NHS Choices cache on these drugs, you should be able to find the information you need from these. I want to genuinely wish you all the best of luck.

Hi just be careful with the co codamol as can be addictive and can make you constapiated over a series of time.
