Pain

Oh my lord. I am in so much pain today. Dont know whether to cry or scream. Pain in my pelvic area hips n legs is excruciating. Struggling to stand bend straighten up. Painkillers not touching it. Arrrgh

Have you got heat packs you could try?

Some gentle movement might help ease the pain.

Hello Julie, aargh, yes, I feel how you are genuinely experiencing so much agony today - to the extent that you would almost cry and scream...with pain today... if you could and I feel every empathy for you.

I wonder how you are some hours later...? Are you noticing anything changing or is it still just the same for you as earlier?

I 'm sending all the human warmth possible for you..and with sincere hopes and wishes for you, feeling a bit better and with maximum relief when humanly possible....

Will you let us know how you are getting on in the next few days?

Not feeling very much better at the moment. I took some co-codamol which just sends me gaga but only slightly eases pain. Thanx for caring. It is appreciated

I am so very sorry to read that you are suffering and struggling so much at this time, and I would discuss this with your GP if your pain continues or gets any worse. I want to genuinely and sincerely wish you all the best of luck.
