Well my daughter wrote some notes last night, it seems she knows more about me than me. What seems normal to me obviously isn't to her!

I filled my own forms in. I looked at each heading and thought about what I could not do now that I could do when I was a young adult. Eg.. I am unable toprepare a meal from scratch, stand to cook the meal and then clear away afterwards. I now have to rely on relatives to help or I have frequent takeawaysthis is due to pain and fatigue.. This is something an adult without a disability would be able to do repeatedly and without assistance. I also have to use a perching stool. I went through whole form givjnb examples on each category. Asking relatives is helpful. I recently went on holiday withmy mum, it wasnt until I was completing the forms that she said, I know you said you are slow in a morning but I did not realise how slow you are and how difficult it is for youuntil we went away. Hope that helps good luck
