Sounds like you're having a flare. It's just the worst! I can hardly bear to wear my bra when I have a flare. Sitting in my chair at work is horrible. Stretching does help some. If you can stand it, try to move some. Lying in bed just makes it worse. I'm feeling for you dear. We all know what you're going through. I'm so sorry.
I am so sorry to read that you are suffering so much and I sincerely hope that you start to find some relief soon. You have been in the wars just recently but hopefully your flare will end quickly for you.
Sorry for your predicament it is just too much sometimes isn't it ? Just wanted to say that my miģraines always start with sharp pain behind my eye in case this is what you are experiencing. All the best
Morning I do so hope you are in less pain now! Have you had your eyes checked recently perhaps the Doctor should take a look or a good optician. I was having trouble with double vision and ended up going to the hospital eye clinic - which was brilliant so please do look for further asistance if the pains keep occurring.
Occasionally I get stabbing pains in my eyes. It is really horrible.
My GP has given me Amitryptiline which has helped a bit with the pain generally but the side effects are seriously weird so I can't take it regularly. Perhaps it is worth asking to see if it would help.
Thanks for all your lovely good wishes and advise, I'm feeling a wee bit less painful today but still tired and now feeling rather weak, this is I think been the first flare up Iv had, as I don't really know what a flare up is supposed to be like!!
