Around two cupfulls of Epsom Salts in warm bath water (amount for a standard size bath) a soak in that before bed time can help with cramp and stiffening around the joints. Using high salt concentrations can cause drying out of the skin so err on the side of caution, more is not better in this case.

This may be an old wives tale but I will share it anyway, apparently night cramps in the legs are due to low salt. On the odd occasion that I get leg cramps I eat a packet of ready salted crisps each day until they stop. Not terribly scientific but may be worth a try. Linda

I was doing all my cooking from scratch and not adding any salt, my cramps became intolerable. I now include some salt in my diet if cooking from scratch. I would not add to ready meals. have noticed a positive difference.

TRY HOMEOPATHY TABLETS CUPREM MET BUT ASK DR FIRST MAKE SURE ITS ALRIGHT.HOPE THAT HELPS.

Cramps are normally down to low magnesium so an Epsom salts bath should help.

and the tinnitus is most likely to be inflammation of your vascular system so try Squalene, try and get the one that has no cod liver oil taste as this means it isn't pure you need to build up to about 1 gram a day you can get this from olive oil as well,

Japanese knotweed different parts of this amazing plant are used for various disorders from cancer to lyme disease which has so many medicinal benefits it should be on everyones list of plants to use for illness whenever using a herb always do a poison test on your skin as one in a million chance you may be allergic to one of the chemicals in them

and hesperidin which is high in the peels of tangerine are also great for the vascular system

these are what you need to be researching in order to cure your tinnitus. seaweed along with Brown rice (soak the rice in distilled water overnight to remove the phytates which bind to iron and cause uptake problems aslo cook your food at no more than 50 Celsius as this protects the nutrients in our food takes a lot longer but is so much more beneficial for your body) also start with a very small amount of fresh seaweed (no heat) and build up over a couple of months say 5 grams a day if possible and then add more on every week seaweed has so many nutrients in it that are important in keeping us healthy.
