Quinine sulfate

I have not do a post for along time I have been taken of my quinine sulfate as they have found out I have Tinnitus or ringing in my ears

Does anyone else have this problem I have to wait and see if it helps my tinnitus

But I will thenhave to stop them for good and I donot know what they can give me for leg cramps

I was given quinnine for leg cramps by a neurologist and they did make my Tinnitus worse.

My gp left it up to me on what i wanted to do and it was decided that i only take the quinnine when absolutely nessesary.

Hello, I was getting really bad legs cramps, and several people suggested I try Quinine. After speaking to my Chemist he said to try Tonic water that contained quinine as it's as good if not better than tablets. Of course tonic water tastes nasty, you can get flavoured tonic water but not local to me. I have luckily found that my local co-op sells a Bitter Lemon with quinine. I've been having a glass a day and the cramps have almost stopped. Hope this helps?

I am so sorry to read of the struggles that you are having and I genuinely hope that you can find some resolution and relief to this. It is not something that I have had any issues with but I wanted to wish you all the best of luck.
