On a daily basis, I nearly always eat or drink something that I know I shouldn't. My dad was diabetic (insulin injections) and occasionally he just had to have a couple beers! (he liked those strong ales, yumm)

me too. my lovely gp has stopped asking! ice cream in the summer, chocolate of any variety in the winter. my feet tell me which is appropriate. xx

I love to go in costa coffee my daughter laughs at me I will have a drinking chocolate made with semi skimmed milk and lots of cream with marshmallows.
