Well I don’t know about a hot tub but I must admit having a shower hurts my body so I don’t know how hot tub might feel . Good luck let us know how you get on with it . 🤗🤗😇

It’s very strange with fibro one day it can be ok and another it’s not . I know I’m not much help but it will be trial and error and suits one may not suit the other. .🤗🤗😇

Hi there my experience with a hot tub if you use it for limited time it can be quite soothing they normally say at the spa s no more than 15mins at a time , I have seen people sit for ages and ages but can’t be good for the skin, let us know if you get one and how you get on xxxx

I use mine all the time with no adverse effects. Notice the aches and pains more when I don't use it. Love being able to get all my body submerged in the soothing water.

I did have a hot tub but was to expensive to run so sold it But I believe the new blow up hot tubs are good

a hot tub can make you sleepy just like a hot bath can

Be careful getting out, heat can cause swelling and make your joints loose,

I find mine makes me tired anyway but I keep mine at 38 temp and don’t stay in any longer than 30 minutes
