Haven't been on here in a while, due to various problems, been to drs today and thinks i may have carpel tunnel, also i am having another procedure on my back in july.
Has anyone got any ideas on how to get a good nights sleep?
I have tried all the usual things and am on strong meds so you would think they would knock me out!!
Think i am going to sack my sleep fairy as she must be on strike!
I Just forgot what i wanted to say - (fibrofog again)
Got to have bloods done again oh the joys lol x

Hi Mystique - Glad to have you back. Sorry I can't help you there. Your Sleep Fairy and mine must be in the same union. Carpel Tunnel isn't funny my husband commiserates with you as he has had it. Big hugs anywayx
I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you can be today? I am so sorry but I cannot really advise you on that one as I am an insomniac! Have you tried something like Ovaltine or Horlicks? I am told milky drinks can help?

Hi mystique, i seemto be sleeping better sinxe meds changed to amitriptyline, i listen to a relaxing meditation cd using an old portable cd player and headphones in bed last thing at night, good luck
