Hi Mystique - Glad to have you back. Sorry I can't help you there. Your Sleep Fairy and mine must be in the same union. Carpel Tunnel isn't funny my husband commiserates with you as he has had it. Big hugs anywayx

Hi mystique

I sincerely hope that you are feeling as well as you can be today? I am so sorry but I cannot really advise you on that one as I am an insomniac! Have you tried something like Ovaltine or Horlicks? I am told milky drinks can help?

I want to wish you all the best of luck and I genuinely hope that you can get a really good sleep.

Hi Mystique long time no see- great to see you again!

Sorry you are having problems with sleep - this is one of the age old problems-

Do we have a warm drink before bed .

Do we count sheep - very tedious but one always escapes and you are still awake.

Do we count ladybirds well they fly AWAY HOME!

listen to a soothing crooner I am not old enough for Max ....

.Lie in the dark and set a fantasy up in your mind to occupy yourself

while the sand man visits oh joy he is on strike again went out for what was it for?

So here you are the more you try the worse it gets.

Cuppa aout now might just help oh look that movies on ........

fell asleep missed the end .......who was the killer?

Take care
