Hello Fibro Warriors

Hope you all are well and enjoying your weekend so far.

I haven't been on here properly for a while.

I have engaged in CBT counselling accessed through my GP by a self referral. I would thoroughly recommend it!!

My counsellor has helped me with pacing and the way I feel so 'yuck' about myself. It's been amazing, I have a job interview on Monday because of it.

If this sounds like something you could benefit from ask your GP and they should be able to signpost you ❤❤.

I wanted to also put a photo up here of my 2 babies to make you smile 😍

Hi there, glad to see you back. I am so happy the CBT as helped you that's fantastic news. I have tried it 2 or 3 times and unfortunately it did not help me. But we are all different as we know with different needs and I am so glad this is meeting your needs that's wonderful.

Oh wow maybe a new job how good is that I wish you well with the interview and fingers crossed the out come will be an early xmas present for you. Please let us know how you get on :) xx

Thank you Yasmintha, it's good to be back. Hope you are well xxx

Thank you guys for all your lovely comments.

After agonising over the job interview I have decided not to go for it 😣.

It's for Home Care which I think will be too hard and I want to give 100% all the time.

I will keep searching for my perfect job!!

Lots of love to you all and have a fabulous week xxx

Ah thanks Mackembabe. Have decided not to go for the job as it's a bit too much for me (home care). Am looking for a more appropriate job that I can actually do.

Take care of yourself xxx

Yes that sounds as though it would be rather too much, am sure something will come up which will be better for you.
