Hahahaha!! That's exactly how I feel this morning! Had to venture out to the Hosp yesterday, bit of a walk then bus journey of 40 minutes! (normally get a lift) By the time I got home 4 hrs later I was absolutely finished!!.... ....Hope you're not feeling too bad!!....ninja...xxx

Mosying on through it Ninja, I discovered a while back that some things I should just do myself so am tryg not offend the OH LOL

I do pace of course which means my days are oh! so very long

My hair was always really thick and frizzy, could never do a thing with it.

Now thanks to fibro it has thinned out and has gone straighter. The only positive I have ever heard of with fibro.

Oh and the capywhatever it is, ant itch shampoo has died the grey, some thing no dye has ever managed.

I think I was being particularly ratty one day. A parcel arrived for me on a train. No note or comment. Just a tin of WD40. Amazingly I got the message.
